INVENTORI MOVEMENT

The inventories received in bulk will be stored under double lock safe, and under the joint custody of

two officials. All these movements need to be authorised by at least two employees and for movement to employee’s location it requires employees’ acceptance and in the system, the employee is required to confirm his or her acceptance by entering his or her password.

                                                                Inventories are controlled through various Finacle options. Branch on receipt of inventory from Central Team should verify physical count and ensure that it agrees with delivery challan. Then these Inventories are entered in Finacle for movement, control and maintenance of such inventories.

Finacle process

Ø  For move inventory one location to other invoke menu option is HIMC. Select function add then press GO. Inventory received at a branch or from other branches, needs to be entered in Finacle at a location called Location Class ZZ with a Location code EXT(for external location only).then itwill be moved to branch location class DL with allocation code DL.Now press GO and fill all the details and then press SUBMIT.

Ø  Use generated  Inventory Tran ID to get the process verified using the same menu option –HIMC.

Ø  Repete same process for moveing inventory from double lock to employee location use DL-DL (branch) and EM-employee number(for isseue inventory to employee).Now inventory will be available to employee for a day.

Ø  For checkbook leaves are supposed to be converted into book. Invoke menu option is HISAI / HISIA .For split and inquiry the inventory for own location then menu option  HISAI is invoked screen interface and navigation will be similar to HISIA except that the user can change in the other location.(For spliting select S and  select I for inquir) .

Ø  The books can be merged to leaves also in case an employee is going on leave or transferred. Now the leaves can be transferred back from an employee location (EM and EM Number) to branc location (DL / DL). Merge and inquire the inventory on others locations, then the menu option HIMIA can beinvoked. The screen interface and navigation will be similar to HIMAI except that the user can change in theown location.

Perform inquiry using Menu- HIMI.  Reports can be generated using menu – HIMR & HISR / HISRA. View or print reports using menu – HPR
